Researchers, the Midi-Pyrénées Region is involved in a funding programme for annual research chairs: the Pierre de Fermat Chairs.

This scheme, managed by MPI, enables researchers from all fields to work on a project in partnership with the host team, in one or more higher education or research institutions in the Midi-Pyrénées Region, for six months to a year, full time. This partnership may also be spread over a two-year period.
